F4/80 antibody [HL5468] detects F4/80 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse tissues.
F4/80 stained by F4/80 antibody [HL5468] (GTX646110) diluted at 1:5000.
Antigen Retrieval: Tris-EDTA buffer, pH 9.0, 15 min

Unboiled various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with F4/80 antibody [HL5468] (GTX646110) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

F4/80 antibody [HL5468] (GTX646110) detects Adgre1 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Raw264.7 were blocked with an FcR blocking reagent for 10 minutes and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with staning buffer.
The cells were following stained with F4/80 antibody [HL5468] (GTX646110) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.
