FAM46C抗体

FAM46C antibody detects FAM46C protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HCT116 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 15 min.
Green: FAM46C protein stained by FAM46C antibody (GTX120834) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with FAM46C antibody (GTX120834) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
