FMRP抗体

FMRP antibody detects FMRP protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: NIH-3T3 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: FMRP stained by FMRP antibody (GTX134725) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with FMRP antibody (GTX134725) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
