FPR1抗体 [HL4262]

FPR1 antibody [HL4262] (GTX643498) detects FPR1 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Non-transfected and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer to permeabilize the cell membrane.
The cells were following stained with FPR1 antibody [HL4262] (GTX643498) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.

FPR1 antibody [HL4262] detects FPR1 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: FPR1 stained by FPR1 antibody [HL4262] (GTX643498) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

FPR1 antibody [HL4262] detects FPR1 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human tissues.
FPR1 stained by FPR1 antibody [HL4262] (GTX643498) diluted at 1:200.
Antigen Retrieval: Tris-EDTA buffer, pH 9.0, 15 min
