Flotillin 2 antibody detects Flotillin 2 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and blotted with Flotillin 2 antibody (GTX100279) diluted by 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Observed Flotillin 2 protein is larger than the predicted M.W., possibly due to post-translational modifications.
