GFI1抗体

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with GFI1 antibody (GTX133807) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (sc-8558) diluted at 1:100. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

GFI1 antibody detects GFI1 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GFI1 stained by GFI1 antibody (GTX133807) diluted at 1:500.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.
