GIT1抗体 [GT104]

GIT1 antibody [GT104] detects GIT1 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GIT1 stained by GIT1 antibody [GT104] (GTX642152) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [HL2162] (GTX638140) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GIT1 antibody [GT104] (GTX642152) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
