GOT1抗体 [GT1342]

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GOT1 antibody [GT1342] (GTX632032) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

GOT1 antibody [GT1342] detects GOT1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GOT1 stained by GOT1 antibody [GT1342] (GTX632032) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
