GPR132抗体 [HL4946]

GPR132 antibody [HL4946] detects GPR132 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MJ cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GPR132 stained by GPR132 antibody [HL4946] (GTX645019) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR132 antibody [HL4946] (GTX645019) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
