Gelsolin抗体 [HL1930]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HeLa whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Gelsolin antibody [HL1930] (GTX637767) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Gelsolin antibody [HL1930] detects Gelsolin protein at cytoskeleton by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Gelsolin stained by Gelsolin antibody [HL1930] (GTX637767) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Human plasma (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Gelsolin antibody [HL1930] (GTX637767) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Mouse plasma and rat plasma (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Gelsolin antibody [HL1930] (GTX637767) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
