HDAC7抗体

IP analysis of HEK293T cells expressing DDDDK-tagged human HDAC7. The precipitated hHDAC7 protein was detected using anti-DDDDK Tag antibody.
Lane 1: IP from 180 μg of 293T cell extract (expressing DDDDK tagged human HDAC7) using 1.8 μg HDAC7 antibody(GTX12174)
Lane 2: Negative control (extract without antibody).
