HELIOS抗体 [N3C3]

HELIOS antibody detects HELIOS protein by western blot analysis. Jurkat whole cell extracts and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HELIOS antibody (GTX115629) diluted by 1:500 and developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate (GTX14698). The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
