HIV1 gp120 蛋白, His tag

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant HEK293 expressed, full-length HIV1 gp120 protein, His tag (GTX139464-pro). Coated protein was probed with HIV1 gp120 antibodies (1 μg/mL) below. Goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213111-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.

GTX139464-pro HIV1 GP120, His tag was analyzed using SDS-PAGE and stained with coomassie blue and captured by monochrome camera.
