HLA-DQB1抗体

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HLA-DQB1 antibody (GTX113458) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

HLA DQB1 antibody detects HLA DQB1 protein at cytoplasm and membrane on human lung adenocarcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human lung adenocarcinoma.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

HLA DQB1 antibody detects HLA DQB1 protein at cell membrane and endoplasmic reticulum by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Raji cells were fixed in iced-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: HLA DQB1 protein stained by HLA DQB1 antibody (GTX113458) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
