GeneTex's Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Antibody Labeling Kit enables efficient covalent labeling of HRP to antibodies through primary amine groups. The labeling workflow is rapid and straightforward, yielding HRP-antibody conjugates with high sensitivity in downstream applications such as western blotting and ELISA.

 

Antibody Requirements for Conjugation :

 

1. Purified antibody

2. Antibody concentration 0.5-2.0 mg/ml

3. pH 7.2 – 7.5
