HSP27 (phospho Ser82)抗体 [HL3889]

HSP27 (phospho Ser82) antibody [HL3889] detects HSP27 (phospho Ser82) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: HSP27 (phospho Ser82) stained by HSP27 (phospho Ser82) antibody [HL3889] (GTX642130) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with HSP27 (phospho Ser82) antibody [HL3889] (GTX642130) diluted at 1:1000 and HSP27 antibody (GTX101145) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
