Samples: Huh-7 cells mock (left) and transfected with HBV (adw) (right) were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 min.
Green: Hepatitis B core antigen protein stained by Hepatitis B core antigen antibody [C1] (GTX40523) diluted at 1:300.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
