Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Hepatitis D virus Large delta protein antibody (GTX135574) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Hepatitis D virus Large delta protein antibody detects Hepatitis D virus Large delta protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Hepatitis D virus Large delta protein stained by Hepatitis D virus Large delta protein antibody (GTX135574) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
