Her2 / ErbB2抗体 [HL3566]

Her2 / ErbB2 antibody [HL3566] (GTX641472) detects Her2 / ErbB2 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: non-fixed and non-permeabilized HepG2 or MCF-7 cells were stained with 5μg/ml GTX641472 (red) or a Rabbit monoclonal IgG isotype control (gray) in 1% FBS/ 5mM EDTA/PBS at 4ºC for 1 hour.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Her2 / ErbB2 antibody [HL3566] (GTX641472) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with Her2 / ErbB2 antibody [HL3566] (GTX641472) diluted at 1:5000 and EGFR antibody (GTX121919) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
