Hif1ab抗体

Hif1ab antibody detects Hif1ab protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, UVC treatment for ) zebrafish embryos whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Hif1ab antibody (GTX131826) at a dilution of 1:1000.
