Histone H3K27ac (Acetyl Lys27)抗体 [HL2936]

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with Histone H3 peptide and Histone H3Kac (acetyl Lys9/18/14/27) peptide (62.5-0.98 ng/mL). Coated peptides were probed with Histone H3K27ac (Acetyl Lys27) antibody [HL2936] (GTX640320) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H3K27ac (Acetyl Lys27) antibody [HL2936] (GTX640320) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
