Histone H3K9me3 (Tri-methyl Lys9)抗体 [HL2149]

Dot blot analysis of anti-Histone H3K9me3 (Tri-methyl Lys9) antibody [HL2149] with peptide samples. Peptide samples were spotted onto positively charged nylon membrane and blotted with Histone H3K9me3 (Tri-methyl Lys9) antibody [HL2149] (GTX638127) varied dilution.

Histone H3K9me3 (Tri-methyl Lys9) antibody [HL2149] detects Histone H3K9me3 (Tri-methyl Lys9) protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Histone H3K9me3 (Tri-methyl Lys9) stained by Histone H3K9me3 (Tri-methyl Lys9) antibody [HL2149] (GTX638127) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H3K9me3 (Tri-methyl Lys9) antibody [HL2149] (GTX638127) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
