Human IL5 蛋白, His tag
Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Human IL5 protein, His tag (GTX139317-pro) (200-3.13 nM). Coated protein was probed with IL5 antibody [GT30] (GTX641122) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213111-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
The predicted molecular weight determined by ESI-TOF is 13206.27 Da (+/- 10 Da by ESI-TOF). The observed MW is 13208.40 Da. Additional masses at 13411.42 Da and 13776.69 Da are observed due to residual O-glycans.
GTX139317-pro Human IL5 protein, His tag was analyzed using SDS-PAGE and stained with coomassie blue and captured by monochrome camera.
