Sandwich ELISA detection of recombinant IL6 protein, mouse Fc tag (GTX135983-pro) using IL6 antibody as capture antibody at concentration of 5 μg/mL and biotinylated IL6 antibody as detection antibody at concentration of 1 μg/mL. Peroxidase Streptavidin was diluted at 1:10000 and used to detect the primary antibody.
