Sample: Paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma.
ICAM2 stained by ICAM2 antibody [N1C3] (GTX118110) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate)
A: K562
7.5% SDS PAGE
GTX118110 diluted at 1:3000

ICAM2 antibody [N1C3] detects ICAM2 protein at cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: K562 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: ICAM2 protein stained by ICAM2 antibody [N1C3] (GTX118110) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
