ICAM3抗体 [HL5530]

ICAM3 antibody [HL5530] detects ICAM3 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: NCI-H929 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: ICAM3 stained by ICAM3 antibody [HL5530] (GTX646193) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Boiled and unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ICAM3 antibody [HL5530] (GTX646193) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
