ICAM4抗体 [HL5612]

ICAM4 antibody [HL5612] detects ICAM4 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: TF-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: ICAM4 stained by ICAM4 antibody [HL5612] (GTX646294) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Boiled and unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ICAM4 antibody [HL5612] (GTX646294) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
