IKB alpha (phospho Ser36)抗体 [GT1298]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IKB alpha (phospho Ser36) antibody [GT1298] (GTX03210) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

WB analysis of THP-1 cells were treated by PMA/TPA (80 nM) at 37ºC for overnight or treated by LPS (1 μg/mL) at 37ºC for 6 hours using GTX03210 IKB alpha (phospho Ser36) antibody [GT1298].
