IL2 Receptor alpha抗体 [HL5991]

IL2 Receptor alpha antibody [HL5991] detects IL2 Receptor alpha protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MJ cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: IL2 Receptor alpha stained by IL2 Receptor alpha antibody [HL5991] (GTX647605) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IL2 Receptor alpha antibody [HL5991] (GTX647605) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
