IL2抗体

Untreated (–) and treated (+) Jurkat E6.1 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IL2 antibody (GTX101138) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Red: IL2 antibody (GTX101138) dilution: 1:50.
Acquisition of 20,000 events were collected for FACS analysis.
