IMP3抗体

IMP3 antibody detects IMP3 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: IMP3 protein stained by IMP3 antibody (GTX115459) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Hela xenograft, using IMP-3(GTX115459) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
