IRE1 alpha (phospho Ser724)抗体 [HL1885]

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant IRE1 alpha peptide and IRE1 alpha (phospho Ser724) peptide (15.63 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with IRE1 alpha (phospho Ser724) antibody [HL1885] (GTX637634) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HepG2 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IRE1 alpha (phospho Ser724) antibody [HL1885] (GTX637634) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
