功能与背景

Influenza A viruses are single stranded, negative sense RNA viruses. Two distinct non-structural proteins NS1 and NS2 are translated from one of the eight RNA segments by using different reading frames.The influenza A virus NS2 is located in the nucleus and the cytoplasm. NS2 is essential for nuclear export of influenza virus ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Influenza A virus NS2 / NEP antibody (GTX125953) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
