Integrin alpha 4抗体 [HL6249]

Integrin alpha 4 antibody [HL6249] detects Integrin alpha 4 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Integrin alpha 4 stained by Integrin alpha 4 antibody [HL6249] (GTX648341) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Untreated (–) and treated (+) unboiled Jurkat whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Integrin alpha 4 antibody [HL6249] (GTX648341) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
