Islet 1抗体

Islet 1 antibody detects Islet 1 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-AS cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Islet 1 protein stained by Islet 1 antibody (GTX102807) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Islet 1 antibody (GTX102807) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
