Islet 2 antibody detects Islet 2 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse spinal cord.
Islet 2 stained by Islet 2 antibody (GTX129375) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

HeLa whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Islet2 antibody (GTX129375) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
