Japanese encephalitis virus NS1抗体 [GT1448]

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant HEK293 expressed, full-length Japanese encephalitis virus NS1 protein, His tag (GTX138915-pro). Coated protein was probed with Japanese encephalitis virus NS1 protein antibodies (1 μg/mL) below. Goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213111-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.

2. Japanese encephalitis virus NS1 antibody [GT1448] (GTX633819)

Immunofluorescent analysis of non-infected and infected vero cells using NS1 (JEV) antibody [GT1448] (GTX633819).
Green: NS1 (JEV) antibody [GT1448] (GTX633819) diluted at 1:500.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) BHK-21 whole cell extracts (15 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NS1 (JEV) antibody (GTX633819) diluted at 1:5000.
