Japanese encephalitis virus NS5抗体

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts (3.13-200 μg/mL). Coated protein was probed with Japanese encephalitis virus NS5 antibody (GTX131359) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Sandwich ELISA detection of non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts using antibodies as below.

Capture: Japanese encephalitis virus NS5 antibody (GTX131359) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated Japanese encephalitis virus NS5 antibody (GTX131360) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX131360 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX131359. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.

NS5 protein (Japanese encephalitis virus) antibody detects NS5 protein (Japanese encephalitis virus) by immunofluorescent analysis.
Samples: BHK-21 cells mock (left) and infected with Japanese encephalitis virus (right) were fixed in methanol.
Green: NS5 (Japanese encephalitis virus) protein stained by NS5 protein (Japanese encephalitis virus) antibody (GTX131359) diluted at 1:3000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

NS5 (JEV) antibody detects NS5 (JEV) protein by Western blot analysis. Un-infected (-) and infected (+, JEV infection) BHK-21 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NS5 (JEV) antibody (GTX131359) at a dilution of 1:3000.
