Ki67抗体 [GT258]

Ki67 antibody [GT258] detects Ki67 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Ki67 stained by Ki67 antibody [GT258] (GTX644548) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [HL2162] (GTX638140) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Ki67 antibody [GT258] (GTX644548) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

HeLa whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Ki67 antibody [GT258] (GTX644548) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. (WCE: whole cell extract; NE: nuclear extract)
