MCT1抗体 [GT14612]

MCT1 antibody [GT14612] detects MCT1 protein at cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: MCT1 protein stained by MCT1 antibody [GT14612] (GTX631643) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MCT1 antibody [GT14612] (GTX631643) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
