MED10抗体

MED10 antibody detects MED10 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: MED10 protein stained by MED10 antibody (GTX131860) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

293T whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MED10 antibody (GTX131860) diluted at 1:500.
