MEK1 (phospho Ser298)抗体 [GT1305]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MEK1 (phospho Ser298) antibody [GT1305] (GTX03217) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

WB analysis of C6 cells were treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37ºC for 1 hour or treated by PMA (200 nM) at 37ºC for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight using GTX03217 MEK1 (phospho Ser298) antibody [GT1305].
Dilution : 1:1000
Loading : 25μg per lane
