MEK1 (phospho Thr292)抗体 [GT1306]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MEK1 (phospho Thr292) antibody [GT1306] (GTX03218) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

WB analysis of HeLa cells were treated by nocodazole (50 ng/mL) at 37ºC for 20 hours using GTX03218 MEK1 (phospho Thr292) antibody [GT1306].
