MLH1 antibody detects MLH1 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and MLH1-transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MLH1 antibody (GTX112984) at a dilution of 1:1000.
