NIFK抗体

NIFK antibody detects NIFK protein at nucleolus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: U2OS cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: NIFK stained by NIFK antibody (GTX132955) diluted at 1:1000.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Scale bar= 10 μm.

K562 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NIFK antibody (GTX132955) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
