Neurokinin 1 Receptor抗体 [HL3194]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Neurokinin 1 Receptor antibody [HL3194] (GTX640833) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Neurokinin 1 Receptor antibody [HL3194] detects Neurokinin 1 Receptor protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Neurokinin 1 Receptor stained by Neurokinin 1 Receptor antibody [HL3194] (GTX640833) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Sample: U87-MG cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.

Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
