Neurokinin 2 Receptor抗体 [HL4859]

Neurokinin 2 Receptor antibody [HL4859] detects Neurokinin 2 Receptor protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: TF-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: Neurokinin 2 Receptor stained by Neurokinin 2 Receptor antibody [HL4859] (GTX644922) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Neurokinin 2 Receptor antibody [HL4859] (GTX644922) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
