Neutrophil elastase抗体 [N2C3]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Neutrophil elastase antibody [N2C3] (GTX113175) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Immunoprecipitation of Neutrophil elastase protein from HepG2 whole cell extracts using 5 μg of Neutrophil elastase antibody [N2C3] Neutrop (GTX113175).
Western blot analysis was performed using Neutrophil elastase antibody [N2C3] Neutrop (GTX113175).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
