NuMA抗体 [GT1510]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NuMA antibody [GT1510] (GTX629072) diluted at 1:500.

NuMA antibody [GT1510] detects NuMA protein at centrosome by immunofluorescent analysis. Mitotic cells are highlighted in yellow box.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: NuMA protein stained by NuMA antibody [GT1510] (GTX629072) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

NuMA antibody [GT1510] detects NUMA1 protein by Western blot analysis.
