CD3EAP antibody detects CD3EAP protein at Nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: U2OS cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 15 min.
Green: CD3EAP protein stained by CD3EAP antibody (GTX629075) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

PAF49 antibody [GT7212] detects CD3EAP protein by Western blot analysis.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PAF49 antibody (GTX629075) diluted at 1:500.
